Delete your cinz account

In the app

Go to Profile → Settings → Delete account and confirm. Your account and data are deleted straight away.

By email

If you can’t get into the app, email hello@cinz.app from the email address you signed up with, and include your cinz username.

What gets deleted

Your profile and photo, ratings, reviews, logs, lists, comments, likes, follows, watchlist, tracked shows and notification tokens. Email requests are completed within 30 days.
